Professional remanufacturing of turbo compressors

Remanufacturing is made in our company according to rigorous procedures and repair techniques used by turbocharger producers. For remanufacturing we only use original sets and repair kits.

We are in disposal of most modern machines used to remanufacture turbochargers. The device Jet-Blast Professional together with sand device and engine proofing gives freshness to all metal components - housings, collectors. Such components are not distinguishable from new parts.

All elements of turbine compressor are balanced with balancing machine. Mounted turbo compressor is being finally tested by a digital balancing machine Schenk 110 MBRS, one of the 20 in the whole world.

Computer analyses the operation of rotary system by rotor speed of 220,000 rpm. On that stage correctness of remanufacturing is verified. After positive verification turbocharger gets a unique number. Information about used components, date of remanufacturing and operation histogram are saved in database.
